Seek immediate medical help if you experience any of the following:
- Seizures or convulsions. Severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat; difficulty breathing; or hives. Hallucinations or new or worsening thoughts of self-harm or harming others. Rapid heartbeat or irregular heart rhythm. High fever and muscle stiffness (neuroleptic malignant syndrome). Severe skin reactions, including Stevens-Johnson syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis.
Contact your doctor immediately if you notice:
Unexplained changes in behavior or mood, including increased agitation or anxiety. Significant changes in sleep patterns, either insomnia or excessive sleepiness. Persistent headaches or dizziness. Persistent nausea or vomiting. Unusual bleeding or bruising. Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice).
