The typical starting dose of Levitra is 10 mg, taken as needed, about 60 minutes before sexual activity. This dose works well for many men. However, your doctor might adjust this based on your individual needs and response to the medication.
Dosage Adjustments
If 10 mg isn’t effective enough, your doctor may increase the dose to a maximum of 20 mg. Conversely, if you experience side effects, they might reduce it to 5 mg. Remember, never adjust your dosage without consulting your physician.
Frequency of use should also be discussed with your doctor. It’s generally not recommended to take Levitra more than once daily.
